MAR Garden – Terms & ConditionsThese Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and use of the MAR Garden box cricket and football turfs. By making a booking or entering the facility, you agree to these terms.
1. Definitions
- “MAR Garden” / “We” / “Us” – The sports facility operated under the brand MAR Garden by Value Word Asset Advisory Services.
- “Customer” / “You” – The person making the booking and responsible for the group.
- “Booking” – Any confirmed reservation of a turf slot made through our website or official contact channels.
- “Slot” – The specific date and time period reserved (e.g., 2‑hour session).
2. Bookings & Payments
- All bookings should be made through the official MAR Garden website or other officially communicated channels.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment (or minimum advance, if explicitly allowed) and receipt of confirmation (email/SMS/WhatsApp).
- Prices may vary by day and time slot; the price visible at the time of booking is final for that booking.
- MAR Garden reserves the right to change pricing, slot structure, and offers at any time for future bookings.
3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
- Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms & Conditions.
- By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
4. Arrival, Late Entry & No‑Show
- Customers are requested to arrive at least 10–15 minutes before the slot start time for check‑in and warm‑up.
- Late arrival does not extend the booked slot; the session will still end at the scheduled end time.
- If you fail to arrive within 30 minutes of the slot start time without prior intimation, the booking may be treated as a no‑show and the slot may be released without refund.
5. Use of Facility & Ground Rules
- Only authorized sports shoes with non‑marking or rubber soles are allowed on the turf; studs or spikes may be restricted depending on turf policy.
- Food, chewing gum, glass bottles, and littering on the turf are strictly prohibited. Water and sports drinks must be kept off the playing surface where instructed.
- Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the premises.
- You are responsible for the conduct of all players and spectators in your group. Any abusive language, harassment, or unsafe behaviour can lead to immediate removal from the facility without refund.
- Music volume, celebrations, and noise levels must be kept reasonable and respect nearby residents and other users.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
6. Damage to Property
- Customers are responsible for any damage to turf, nets, lights, equipment, or other property caused by reckless or intentional actions of any member of their group.
- MAR Garden reserves the right to charge repair or replacement costs and, if necessary, recover such amounts through legal means.
7. Safety, Assumption of Risk & Medical
- Participation in sports such as cricket and football involves inherent risk of injury. By booking and using the facility, you and your group voluntarily accept these risks.
- MAR Garden, Value Word Asset Advisory Services, and their staff will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings, except where required by applicable law.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all participants are medically fit to play and are not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any condition that may make participation unsafe.
- In case of emergency, staff may assist in arranging medical help, but costs of treatment will be borne by the customer.
8. Weather & Force Majeure
- In cases of heavy rain, lightning, government restrictions, curfew, or other force‑majeure events, MAR Garden may temporarily close the facility or cancel/reschedule slots for safety.
- In such cases, rescheduling or refund will follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy and will be communicated to affected customers.
9. Photography, Video & Promotions
- MAR Garden may capture photos or short videos of matches and events for marketing and social media purposes.
- If you or any participant does not wish to be photographed, please inform staff before the session.
- Customers may also record their own content, provided it does not disturb other users or violate privacy.
10. Personal Data & Privacy
- MAR Garden will collect and process personal data (name, contact details, booking history, etc.) only for booking management, safety, and service communication.
- Data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data‑protection laws.
- By booking, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Third‑Party Bookings & Resale
- Bookings are non‑transferable unless explicitly approved by MAR Garden in writing.
- You may not resell or sub‑let your booking slot for profit without prior written consent.
12. Right of Admission & Refusal of Service
- MAR Garden reserves the right of admission and may refuse or cancel bookings for reasons including but not limited to safety concerns, misuse, abusive behaviour, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- In such cases, refund or reschedule will be handled at MAR Garden’s sole discretion, subject to the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, with venue‑specific operations in Telangana.
- Any disputes shall preferably be resolved amicably. Failing that, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad/Secunderabad.
14. Changes to Terms
MAR Garden may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version available on the website at the time of booking will apply to that booking. Continued use of the facility after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
