MAR Garden – Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all turf bookings made for MAR Garden through the official MAR Garden website only.

1. Customer‑Initiated Cancellations

1.1 Cancellations made 72 hours or more before slot start time
If you cancel 72 hours or more before your scheduled booking:
* You are eligible for 50% refund of the booking amount
* One‑time reschedule of the same booking value to another available date and time.

1.2 Cancellations made within 72 hours of slot start time
If you cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled booking:
* No refund will be issued.
* You may request a one‑time reschedule of your booking to another available date and time.
* Rescheduled slots must be used within 30 days from the original booking date (or they will be forfeited).

1.3 No‑show
If you do not arrive for your booking and fail to inform us before the start time:
* The booking will be treated as a no‑show.
* No refund or reschedule will be provided.

2. Cancellations by Mar Garden

If MAR Garden cancels your booking for any reason (maintenance, weather, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances):
* You will be offered a 100% refund of the booking amount or
* A free reschedule to another available slot, as per your preference.
Refunds approved by MAR Garden will normally be processed within 5–7 working days to the original mode of payment.

3. How to Request a Cancellation or Reschedule

All cancellation or reschedule requests must be made:
* Through the MAR Garden website (your account / booking section), or
* By contacting us via the official email / phone / WhatsApp mentioned on the website.
The time of receipt of your request in our system will be used to determine the applicable policy (72 hours rule).

4. Channel Limitation

This policy is valid only for bookings made directly on the MAR Garden website.
Bookings made via any third‑party platforms, apps, agents, or partners are subject to their cancellation and refund policies.

5. Partial Cancellations & Changes

Changes to the number of players or add‑on services after booking are subject to availability and pricing at the time of the request.
If the revised value is lower than the original amount paid, the difference may be offered as:
* Credit voucher for future use, or
* No refund, depending on the situation and at MAR Garden’s discretion.

6. Force Majeure / Bad Weather

In case of events beyond our control (heavy rain, natural calamities, government restrictions, curfew, etc.), MAR Garden reserves the right to:
* Postpone or cancel bookings for safety reasons.
* Offer reschedule options or full refund, depending on severity and slot usage.

7. Disputes & Policy Changes

By confirming a booking, you agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
MAR Garden reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The version published on the website at the time of booking will apply to that booking.
